We act as a marketplace facilitator only. We do not own or control the advertising spaces listed on our platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, misleading, or copyrighted content
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or local advertising standards
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
Compliance Requirements:
You are responsible for ensuring that your listings and advertisements comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances in your jurisdiction.
4. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Payment Processing:
- • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal)
- • Platform fees are clearly disclosed before transaction completion
- • All prices are displayed in the currency specified by the listing owner
Refund Policy:
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our . Disputes between advertisers and space owners should be resolved directly between the parties.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Content:
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and platform content are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
User Content:
You retain ownership rights to content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it on our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Important Disclaimers:
- • We are not responsible for disputes between advertisers and ad space providers
- • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of listed spaces
- • Users assume all risks associated with their transactions
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration when possible
- Jurisdiction lies with the courts of New Delhi, India
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform or users. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
Upon termination:
- • Access to the platform will be immediately revoked
- • Pending transactions will be completed according to existing agreements
- • User data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
